V-Store uses a management system to offer convenience to service users who buy our insurance policies online. After you have made payment and your order is confirmed by V-Store, your insurance coverage will take effect at the time and on the date that you have specified on your request for insurance online. Your insurance policy/receipt/tax invoice will be delivered to the address in Thailand you have indicated.
Policy Insurance Process
- New policies: Processing time up to 7 days.
- Renewed policies: Processing time up to 15 days.
Document Delivery Process
The company's insurance policy/receipt/tax invoice delivery service is provided to clients in Thailand. These documents are delivered to the addresses registered with V-Store only. We use the registered mail service of Thailand Post Company Limited to deliver these documents everyday except on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Bangkok and Greater Bangkok: Delivery time is 1-3 business days.
- Other provinces: Delivery time is 2-5 business days.
Note:
- Products are delivered Monday through Friday. No delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
- Policies are delivered by the order of P.O. numbers.
- Policies are delivered to the address indicated in the Address for Product Delivery box only. The address cannot be changed after product delivery has been confirmed.
- The delivery time given is only an approximate. The actual time depends on the company providing delivery service and does not include Saturdays, Sundays or a public holiday. The delivery time may differ from the information given above, especially during festive seasons.
